**AR/AP Analyst Team Lead**Join our dynamic finance team as an **AR/AP Analyst Team Lead**, driving excellence in managing the end-to-end processes for accounts receivable and accounts payable.Lead a team of skilled analysts, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions while optimizing cash flow management.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline operations and support the company's financial health.**What You'll Need to Succeed**:- Proven experience in AR/AP processes, including invoice management, payment reconciliation, and collections strategies.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of financial analysts.- Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics for financial transaction management.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI).- Ability to implement and monitor KPIs for AR/AP performance improvement.- Skilled in resolving payment discrepancies and working with vendors and clients professionally.- Understanding of compliance standards and financial regulations related to payables and receivables.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience in leading process improvements and automation initiatives within AR/AP operations.- Background in working within large-scale, multi-entity financial environments.- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.**Additional Details**:- ** Location**: On site, Guadalajara, México.- ** Eligibility**: Fluent English speakers and legal residents/locals only (direct hire as a full-time employee).- ** Contract Type**: Direct hire, indefinite contract.**Starting Benefits**:- By law.- Grocery Vouchers (Vales de Despensa).- Major Medical Insurance: Individual coverage.Are you ready to take the lead in financial operations and drive efficiency in AR/AP processes?Join our team and contribute to the company's success with your expertiseyNKuMKyXBW
