About the Role We’re looking for an Apparel Merchandiser / Program Presentation Designer who combines strong visual merchandising skills with a sharp eye for layout and storytelling. You’ll take existing apparel designs and garments and turn them into cohesive, client-ready “programs” — curated collections that look great together and are easy for buyers to understand. You’ll collaborate with the Art Director and the design team to structure, organize, and visually present collections in a way that elevates the brand and drives sales. This role requires someone detail-oriented, commercial, and solution-oriented, who can bring structure and polish to a high volume of creative work. You Will Take individual apparel graphics and garments and organize them into coherent programs/collections for clients (e.g., Hard Rock, cruise lines, Disney). Create visually compelling mockups and presentation decks that show how pieces work together as a line (shirts, colors, themes, etc.). Build catalog-style pages, line sheets, or presentation boards that are clear, on-brand, and easy for buyers to navigate. Ensure each program feels cohesive in style, color palette, and theme, rather than a set of disconnected designs. Work closely with the Art Director and designers to understand the creative direction and reflect it accurately in the merchandising and layout. Use Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation/layout tools (InDesign, PowerPoint, Figma, etc.) to create polished, client-ready materials. Incorporate key product information (e.g., design IDs, style numbers, references) directly into the presentations for quick client reference. Improve and systematize existing templates and visual standards to raise the overall quality of all client-facing presentations. Support the sales team by preparing and refining presentations requested by major clients. Stay organized and manage multiple concurrent programs, updates, and iterations. About You Your Background Solid experience in merchandising, visual design, or layout design for apparel, catalogs, e-commerce listings, or similar. Portfolio demonstrating the ability to build cohesive visual programs/collections (catalogs, line sheets, Amazon/marketplace listings, lookbooks, etc.). Strong layout, composition, and typography skills, with a clear understanding of how to make multiple products feel like one unified story. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus at least one presentation/layout tool (InDesign, PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, or similar). Strong commercial sense: you understand what makes collections appealing and easy to buy. Excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, English-speaking environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently within a remote, full-time structure. Receptive to feedback and comfortable collaborating with an experienced Art Director and sales team. Nice to Have Experience merchandising or presenting apparel programs for global tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or licensed brands. Background in creating catalogs, line sheets, or marketplace product pages (e.g., Amazon listings) where grouping and presentation matter. Familiarity with AI tools to help create mockups or contextual scenes. Understanding of basic apparel and print terminology (e.g., screen printing, placements, colorways).
