**About Roverpass**:Roverpass is one of the leading reservation platforms for RV parks and campgrounds in the US.We help campground owners grow their businesses through better visibility, tools, and guest experiences.Now expanding into Canada and Australia, we're growing fast and looking for creative, independent thinkers to join our team.**About the Role**:We're hiring a **Part-Time Community Growth Marketer** to help build awareness and drive organic interest through online community engagement — primarily on Reddit and Facebook Groups.If you love crafting non-promotional, insightful content that sparks conversation and subtly guides users toward a solution, this role is for you.You'll be a key player in helping us grow brand visibility in niche B2B communities in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and smart.**Responsibilities**:- Participate in Reddit and Facebook Group discussions related to RV parks, campground management, or SMB tools- Post original, engaging questions or insights that start relevant discussions- Identify valuable subreddits and groups with potential business users- Respond to posts with thoughtful, helpful answers (without hard-selling)- Track engagement and report lift in leads or traffic- Stay on top of platform norms to maintain account health- Suggest improvements to content, tone, or approach based on results**Requirements**:- Proven experience managing B2B engagement on Reddit, Facebook Groups, or similar communities- Excellent written communication and natural storytelling skills- Deep understanding of how to build trust and add value in online discussions- Ability to work independently, with strong follow-through- Familiarity with buyer psychology and demand generation principles**Bonus Points**:- Background in SaaS or tech- Experience with Reddit tools, Quora, Hacker News, or Indie Hackers- Familiarity with tools like Phantombuster, Grouply, or group analytics- Previous part-time or freelance remote work in a similar function**Weekly Hours**:- ** ***** hours per week**, flexible schedule- Fully remote - async OK**Compensation**:- ** Paid in USD**, based on experience and time commitment- This is a contractor/freelance position
