**About Us**We are a fast-growing U.S.based drayage logistics company specializing in the movement of containers to and from ports, rail yards, and warehouses.As we expand our team in Mexico, we're looking for motivated and talented professionals who are eager to build a career in the logistics industry.**Position Overview**We are hiring **remote** **Customer Service Representatives** in Mexico to join our operations team.While logistics experience is not required, **dispatch experience is a must.** We provide full training in drayage operations, so what matters most is your strong English communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities**- Communicate daily with customers, drivers, and dispatch teams in both English and Spanish.- Assist with scheduling and coordination of container pickups and deliveries.- Maintain accurate records and documentation.- Think quickly to troubleshoot issues and keep operations running smoothly.**Qualifications**- Must be located in Mexico and able to work on-site.- **Dispatch experience required.**:- Bachelor's Degree (any field).- Excellent English (verbal and written) with strong comprehension skills.- **Fluent in both English and Spanish**.- Ability to think quickly, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic environment.**Work Hours**- Monday to Friday, U.S. Pacific Time business hours.Pay: From $9,****** per monthWork Location: Remote
