**About us**A financial technology company dedicated to supporting the small and medium-sized companies in Mexico, developing and offering solutions to solve their main problems, and seeking to be the best ally of entrepreneurs with dreams and ambitions to create value, consolidate their well-being and contribute to the community, the country and the planet.**The Role**We are looking for a Strategy & Financial Planning manager who, along with the broader S&FP team, will help craft the overall strategy for the payments/commercial/operations business unit, working closely with the GM, Head of S&FP, and other Heads (Acquisition, Retention, Product).**What will you be doing?**- **Help craft and iterate on the long-term vision for the payments business unit.**:- Shape the role of Payments Business unit within the broader Konfio ecosystem and the long-term roadmap to achieve it.- Continuously perform market research to Identify and follow market trends related to the payments business unit.- **Ideate, quantify, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet the long-term vision.**:- Quantify potential value levers for the payments BU, and break-down into specific strategic initiatives and implementation plans.- Acquisition - Identify potential actions to optimize Pricing, CAC, and Go-to-market strategy.- Engagement and Retention - Help ideate and iterate account management model & customer service team to increase retention of current customers.- Product - Work closely with product team to ideate needs for the BU in the short, mid and long-term.- Operations - Identify cost optimization opportunities and work with Logistics, FinOps, and Product ops to implement viable solutions to capture potential.- **Analyze past performance, Forecast and Budget expected performance based on the long-term vision.**:- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify potential sources of value (Unit economics, CAC, Profitability, vintage cohort analyses).- Help prepare analyses, presentations, and internal reports to update the Payments GM, Konfío Management, Investors & Shareholders.- Own and improve the Payments BU forecasting model end-to-end with help of the Head of S&FP plus Konfio FP&A team.- Plan and help execute budget along with FP&A teams.- 2+ years experience as an analyst/associate in a top management consulting, investment banking, or Private equity/venture capital firm.- Experience en Financial planning / Strategy in the payments, banking, SaaS, or other subscription based industry- Ability to build and manipulate complex financial models.- Good understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and accountability.- Advanced Microsoft Office y Google Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, word)- Fluent English + Spanish**Team Perks**- Health insurance- Vacation bonus according to tenure- Flexible time off.- Holiday bonus according to tenure- You'll be part of a world-class FinTech team, with people from more than 17 countries and top Mexican talent.In Konfio, we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.We do not discriminate under any basis of origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, disability, age or other legal status.Konfio is an equal opportunity employer.
