**WHO WE ARE**Working together, growing together, creating new things together: EDAG connects people and the future.Company and workforce share the same vision.With a familiar atmosphere and at the same time the potential of a global world-class development company.You'll go your own way in your career at a high level - nationally and internationally.Take your next step and support us as an **SCREWDRIVING EXPERT.****DESCRIPTION**- Start-up of bolting tooling equipment and failure tracking at Body & Paint Shop, Factory and Conveyance- Ensuring the Torque Quality of Bolted Joints- Summarizing of technical requirements of the customer including of respect to all standards and rules.- Evaluation of investments for implementing of the project and proving of cost effectiveness.- Developing of alternatives regarding cost effectiveness, feasibility, quantity, quality and environmental security.- Complete project management (coordination, controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects).- Developing of RFQs for conveyance and automation demands and development and evaluation of complex solutions.- Conception of conveyance regarding mechanical and steering technical implantation also develop the equipment specifications.- Selection, designing and sourcing of equipment.- Developing of RFQs for Bolting Technology and evaluating of complex solutions- Planning of Bolting equipment after specification and standards- Selection, designing and sourcing of equipment.**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration at least 4 years of experience.- Joining technologies Body shop (WPS, MIG/MAG, laser, riveting, adherence, clinching.).- Assembly tree in the body shop.- Material knowledge (Steel, Aluminum,); RPS-Systematic (Reference-Point-System.- Detailed knowledge on processes, methods and standards of Audi (Weißbuch body shop, BEMIrules).- Priming and corrosion protection.- Paint shop technology and processes.- Detailed construction (i.e. Developing and changing of object lists).- Electric-/ electronic planning as wells as screwing techniques.- Good knowledge of Simatic S5/ S7/Profinet.- Good Knowledge of Audi Bolting Standards and documentation is an advantage.- Fluent English- German A2 (Desirable)**MAKING**IMPOSSIBLE****THINGS POSSIBLE****WITH YOU**JazzHr Privacy PolicyDtVvwnhrPG
