DESCRIPCIóNEn Global Executive estamos en búsqueda de un:**Consulting Manager con experiência en Pricing, Revenue & Go-to-Market Strategy**Organización multinacional líder en consultoría estratégica, especializada en temas comerciales como Revenue Management(gestor de ingresos), Pricing y estrategias de mercado.Con un enfoque en maximizar el potencial de ingresos de sus clientes, la empresa combina especialización funcional y de industria para atender diversas áreas como consumo masivo, retail, materiales de construcción y servicios financieros.**Objetivo del Cargo**:Liderar proyectos estratégicos en áreas de Revenue Management(gestor de ingresos), Pricing y estrategias de mercado, con un enfoque comercial y la responsabilidad de dirigir equipos, supervisar resultados y garantizar el éxito en la implementación de soluciones para los clientes.**Funciones**:- Diseñar estructuras de precios óptimas alineadas con los objetivos del cliente.- Diversificar y optimizar portafolios de productos o servicios.- Crear estrategias promocionales efectivas y sistemas de descuentos según segmentos de mercado.- Implementar modelos de segmentación para maximizar el impacto comercial.- Diseñar modelos de atención y servicio a segmentos objetivo (Route to Market/Go to Market).- Desarrollar programas de incentivos para equipos comerciales.- Generar estrategias para mejorar la efectividad de los equipos de ventas.**Requisitos**:**Experiência**:- Experiência de 3-4 años en consultoría estratégica, idealmente en áreas de Revenue Management, Pricing o estrategias de mercado.- Competencias para liderar equipos pequeños o coordinar workstreams en proyectos estratégicos.- Dominio avanzado de inglés- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 50% del tiempo.**Información General**:- ** Ubicación**: Avenida Reforma, Ciudad de México- ** Horario**: Flexible, modalidad híbrida (home office lunes y viernes).
