Our PurposeWe work to connect and power an inclusive, digital economy that benefits everyone, everywhere by making transactions safe, simple, smart and accessible.Using secure data and networks, partnerships and passion, our innovations and solutions help individuals, financial institutions, governments and businesses realize their greatest potential.Our decency quotient, or DQ, drives our culture and everything we do inside and outside of our company.We cultivate aculture of inclusionfor all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleAssociate Analyst, Corporate Treasury-1OverviewThe finance team is looking for an Associate Analyst to join our SPEI operations team.This is an important role within our company since the Associate analysts are in charge of carrying out all SPEI settlement operations in an organized and efficient way, ensuring that all regulations are followed closely.Role- Verify operations and balances, confirm if any transactions need to be recorded in the Business Core.- Monitor, reconcile, verify and resolve any discrepancies found.- Settle same-day operations and obligations in both SPEI and Business Core.- Request proper authorizations to approve any manual transactions.- Generate daily reporting- Process and report returned transactions- Report atypical transactions to management- Follow all regulations established in the internal manuals and ethics code, as well as any other applicable regulations.- Review and update relevant manuals periodically.About you- Have an advance knowledge of SPEI systems (experience with SIES is desirable)- Have a strong sense of urgency and an eye for detail- Be able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish- Reasonably understand Banxico's regulations- Be skilled at Excel and other Microsoft toolsCorporate security responsibility- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
