OverviewThis role is responsible for directing and facilitating key management and cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive decisive action. Beyond facilitation, the Analyst will help maintain organizational health by ensuring completion of internal control testing to mitigate risk and ensure procedural compliance.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years minimum experience with product development, launch, launch process, etc.Other Preferred QualificationsAbility to work within the Ford Hybrid Work Model policyPrior Business Analytics, Program Management and / or Planning experience.Knowledge and understanding of automotive aftermarket, vehicle dealerships - particularly in sales/service of vehicle accessories / personalization.Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.Project / Program Management Skills with strength in managing multiple projectsStrong written and verbal presentation skills required for internal management interaction and cross-functional team meeting facilitation.Self-motivation, enthusiastic, open minded and a team player.Analytical thinking with ability to embrace process disciplines.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basisStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects and develop team Ford + behaviorsStrong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results on a regular basisResponsibilitiesResponsabilitiesDirect and Facilitate Key Management MeetingsDirect and Facilitate Key Cross-Functional Team Meetings.Support development and implementation of VPPDS & Pre- process improvementsCoordinate targets, controls, and metrics in all process documentation for VPPDSLead and Facilitate updates to the Vehicle Personalization Program Development System as the department evolvesEnsure team accountability on key deliverable completionMonitor team progress on key deliverable completionLead and support internal control processes including completion of annual adherence to AFR, MCRP, Business Continuity Plan, Basic Control File, DRIM, Required Record Retention and other Company Internal Control directives.SPOC for GAO Audit as neededSupport Audit Reviews and issue resolutionCreate and maintain documentation for systems fixes, desk procedures/templates and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
