Senior Quality Assurance Automation EngineerR Systems is a leading digital product engineering company that designs and develops chip-to-cloud software products, platforms, and digital experiences.Our product mindset and engineering capabilities in Cloud, Data, AI, and CX enable us to serve key players in the high-tech industry, including ISVs, SaaS, and Internet companies, as well as product companies in telecom, media, finance, manufacturing, and health verticals.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer / SDET with over 8 years of extensive experience in software quality assurance, test automation, and manual testing across web and mobile platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar tools.Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.Define and implement test processes, standards, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure product quality.Lead test planning, execution, and defect management activities.Review automation frameworks improvements for scalability and efficiency.Support both manual and automation testing when required.Required Skills & Experience6–10 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation testing.Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or similar frameworks.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Experience in designing test processes and strategies.Ability to act as a Lead or play a senior role within a QA team.Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments.Knowledge of API testing tools (e.G.
