**Your Role**:The Commercial Finance Analyst plays a vital role in supporting Elanco's commercial organization by providing financial analysis, reporting, and decision support.This role involves analyzing sales trends, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and other business initiatives to drive profitable growth and improve financial performance.The Commercial Finance Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain.**Your Responsibilities**:- **Financial Modeling and Analysis**: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business opportunities, assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives, and support investment decisions.Analyze sales performance, product profitability, pricing strategies, and marketing ROI.- **Reporting and Performance Management**: Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.Present findings and insights to the management.- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts for the commercial organization.Analyze budget variances and provide explanations for deviations from plan.- **Pricing Analysis**: Analyze pricing strategies, competitor pricing, and market dynamics to optimize pricing decisions and maximize profitability.- **Sales & Marketing Support**: Provide financial support to the sales and marketing teams, including analysis of sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.- **Data Analysis and Visualization**: Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes and reporting.- **Special Projects**: Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as assigned.**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)**:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a commercial setting.- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, macros).- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)- Excellent English language skills**What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)**:- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.- Experience in the animal health industry is a plus.- Personal accountability and strong drive for execution- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills- Cultural mobility - ability to work with different cultures**Additional Information**:- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days in the officeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40,****** - $45,****** al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensa- Vales de restaurantePago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Puerta Aqua, Jal.
