Para una fintech internacional iniciando operaciones en México estamos buscando a la persona que liderará su área legal.Serás el punto focal interno para todos los aspectos legales y de cumplimiento en México. La responsabilidad principal es coordinar la estrategia legal y asegurar el cumplimiento normativo diario (énfasis en SOFOM) y gestionar los asuntos legales de la operación evaluando y consolidando las opiniones de las firmas externas que dan servicio a la compañía.Responsabilidades Clave1. Cumplimiento Regulatorio y Financiero :Liderar la función de Compliance asegurando que las actividades de crédito y los procesos internos cumplan con la regulación financiera mexicana (CNBV y CONDUSEF).Gestión de las obligaciones de Prevención de Lavado de Dinero (PLD/AML) y de los trabajos cotidianos de la figura de Oficial de Cumplimiento (o rol equivalente).Atender requerimientos de autoridad y asistir en la preparación de informes regulatorios y supervisar las visitas de inspección.2. Asuntos Legales y Operaciones Diarias :Ser el contacto principal para todos los temas de la relación laboral y la operación diaria de la empresa.Resolución oportuna de conflictos laborales asesorando a la gerencia sobre despidos, contratos de personal, políticas internas y negociaciones sindicales (si aplica).3. Coordinación de Asesoría Externa y Litigios :Actuar como coordinador interno de las diversas firmas legales externas (Litigio Fiscal Corporativo).Solicitar opiniones, evaluar la consistencia técnica de los consejos externos y consolidar las estrategias de defensa legal para la toma de decisiones internas.4. Contratos y Documentación Bilingüe :Revisar, adaptar y negociar contratos de crédito, convenios y otros documentos mercantiles, asegurando su adecuación a la legislación local.Capacidad crítica para revisar la documentación legal en inglés, verificando que el sentido y la intención se mantengan perfectamente alineados en la traducción y adaptación al español/ley mexicana.Requisitos3 a 5 años de experiencia in‑house o en despachos con enfoque principal en el sector financiero (Banca SOFOM Fintech).Experiencia práctica en el manejo de la regulación laboral mexicana y la resolución de conflictos.Se prefiere contar con Certificado de Oficial de Cumplimiento (CNBV UIF) o experiencia equivalente.Licenciatura en Derecho (Titulado con Cédula Profesional).Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado): Esencial para la coordinación de documentación y comunicación transfronteriza.Capacidad de organización, visión de negocio y habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos a la vez.Key SkillsTime Management, Microsoft Office, Communication skills, Computer Skills, Microsoft Word, Banking, Legal Research, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Underwriting, Phone EtiquetteEmployment Type: Full TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
