Transport Planning Lead

Responsibilities Oversee the administration of transport systems and tools, ensuring effective integration, issue resolution, and accurate data management. Coordinate and oversee delivery schedules and end-to-end transport capacity, ensuring efficient planning and execution. Administer transport contracts, ensuring validity, preparing agreements, supporting negotiations, and collaborating with legal and commercial teams. Support assigned commercial activities, contributing with operational reviews and local expertise to align operations with strategic priorities. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and to optimize service‑levels and process efficiency. Lead and support transport projects, implementing solutions, enhancing workflows, and addressing operational challenges. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support their successful implementation. Monitor and analyze KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and service quality. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to internal departments, ensuring clarity and alignment with regional objectives. Qualifications Expertise in transport planning, negotiations, and operational coordination for efficient delivery and capacity management. Proficiency in using advanced data management tools and transport systems for seamless administration, integration and processes. Strong project management skills for leading strategic transport projects and optimizing workflows. Analytical mindset to monitor metrics, generate insights, and drive efficiency improvements. Proven ability to build relationships with internal departments and external partners to enhance operational efficiency. Exceptional problem‑solving and communication skills to manage complex processes and challenges. Ability to balance commercial priorities with operational demands, aligning local operations with long‑term strategic goals. Proactive approaches to continuous improvement and innovation in transport practices. Demonstrated strong organizational and time management abilities, efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
