**Digital Finance Systems Expert (CFIN-MDG) - MGS Finance (AMERICAS)****Job Purpose/Overview****Key Responsibilities**:- Partner with cross functional teams in various techno functional finance projects, gather and document requirements, translate business requirements to technology teams / technology requirements to business teams, estimate efforts required to successfully implement the projects through proper training, change management and communication to end users.- Provide expert level (L2) support on addressing operational issues and knowledge queries that the Key Users/ Operational specialists (L1) are unable to resolve in a timely and comprehensive fashion- Collaborate on continuous improvements, deploying new functionality, regional management and deployment of MGS Finance global technical enablers.- Coordination of system testing and configuration for new units/entities, delivering communications within and across multiple business segments/units.- Perform impact assessment on operational issues and support global/ regional ERP governance with system change requests, follow up with changes through periodic slot testing / regression / positive/ negative testing to prevent system failures- Represent MGS Finance Americas team in global template governance forums, collaborate with Global Process Owners, Regional Functional Experts and Business in providing thoughtful solutions**Context and Scope**Explain how the job gets done and the way it operates within the team and with stakeholdersDigital Finance Systems Expert is a crucial MGS Finance process/system expert role with responsibilities to support and guide key users in the assigned Finance Accounting and Reporting functions with joint ownership around business processes and associated systems.The role is a dedicated resource with responsibilities for ensuring driving continuous improvement, managing system upgrades, solving operational issues, educating the key user community, sustaining business process & training documentation, and being the liaison with the MGS Digital Technology teams on various business changes.This role drives continuous improvements using innovative process design across finance functions, recommend interface improvements, and system solutions.This role provides excellent customer service and support, as it relates all system areas of MGS Finance.This associate will effectively liaise with Key Users, Operational Leaders, Global Process Owners, Center of Excellence Teams, Digital Technologies, Functional Experts across SBUs and regions, and provide creative solutions while adhering to the Process Controls, Governance and Finance Manual Procedures.**Job Specifications/Qualifications - Education & Professional Qualifications**- BA/BS degree In Finance and Accounting- SAP Certification (FICO) + CFIN- CPA certification desired- Project Management Certification (PMP/ Agile etc.) desired**Knowledge / Experience**- 5+ years of Finance & Accounting Experience with specialization in the Record to Report processes- Strong working knowledge in SAP FICO with CFIN / MDG- Demonstrated cross functional finance process and system change management- Business analysis, Business /Tech translation and system integration experience- Experience in Finance tools Blackline, Helios, HFM and reporting tools.- Digital Transformation and Automation experience desired
