If you thrive at the intersection of backend architecture, infrastructure, and performance monitoring — and want to help shape systems that power smart financial decisions around the world — this role is for you. Responsibilities Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they affect users. Lead improvements to monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability. Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Python (Django) code. Write and maintain technical specifications that guide system evolution. Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, high‑performance tools for global users. Requirements Proven experience developing in Python, with deep knowledge of the Django framework. Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (e.g., using asyncio). Proficiency in PostgreSQL and experience working with Linux‑based environments. Experience with Docker and deploying apps to Kubernetes. Familiarity with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools like Ansible (or similar). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
