Sr.Associate, Infrastructure Operations (Infrastructure Project Office)Country: MexicoJob Descriptions:- Define the portfolio for the next year including the scope of each project, budgets, allocated resources, etc.- Make sure that the execution of projects is aligned with the Bank's policies and technologies.Ensure that all projects are documented.- Create project plans with each of the PMs and follow up on them during the year.- Ensure that projects are followed up in a consistent manner.- Track the annual budget on the project side and make sure that we are not going to exceed the allocated budget.Also make sure that the spending is aligned with the initial definition.- Help maintain the various project reporting areas (Insight, Delivery Hub, etc.).- Communicate achievements and escalate risks.For each of the risks, it helps to define an action plan and follow up.- Assist with projects that are outside the Book of Work (BoW) and have come in BAU mode during the year.- Manage the different consultants and make sure they follow the right paths to the resolution of their projects.Also manage consultants to ensure that they are terminated upon completion of their projects or if necessary, assigned to new projects
