Overview:PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ® and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Associate Manager, PGT MDG Functional Supplier****Main purpose**This role supports the implementation and deployment of MDG for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT).Objectives of the role is collaborate with the Business Data and Values Stream teams to define the requirements for MDG Change Requests for BP Supplier Master Data.The Business requirements will be translated into technical requirements for the MDG developer to implement.This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for the PepsiCo Global Template deployment projects.Specific deliverables include:- Document requirements for build of MDG BRFplus rules for BP Supplier Master Data Enhancements- Prepare / Collaborate on Design Authority approval documentation- Document requirements for build of Flexible Framework Change Request configuration for BP Supplier Master Data**Accountabilities**- Partner with Global Process, IT Functional and Technical teams to support BP Supplier process design for the S/4 Global Template MDG end-to-end solution, including understanding impacts to existing PepsiCo global master data business process solutions already in place, and offering alternatives for flexibility, optimization, simplification and reuse in Functional Design Documents- Gather Business Requirements by partnering with the Global Template Master Data Governance leads and specialists to document requirements that can be transated into flexible functional and technical solutions that may be easily extended for subsequent business implementations- Partner with BP Supplier Functional Leads to ensure critical (high-impact) master data attributes and process standards are properly documented, agreed upon and that critical data rules are translated- Complete FUT of MDG workflow Change Requests that have BRFplus rules, MDGIMG and Flexible Framework configuration- Demo MDG workflow solution to the Business and Value Stream teams- Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.- Develop user stories and critical test scenarios for major configurable variances in the BP Supplier Data maintenance process- Participate in Sprint planning, execution, retrospectives and other key ceremonies- Primary Functional design for BRF+ business rules integrated with SAP MDG- Decide- Primary Functional design for MDG Data Model/Governance Scope for BP Supplier- Consult, Decide- Support execution for mock conversions and conversion cutover activities.Qualifications:**Experience**- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a dedicated Data role, preferably on the SAP ERP platform, with a focus on the BP Supplier functional area and execution of maintenance business processes.Specific knowledge and expertise of the SAP Operations/Supply Chain design would be an advantage.- Bachelor's degree required**Tech Skills**- Experience with implementations and support of SAP MDG, including configuring Change Requests / workflows and BRFplus rules- Lacking MDG experience, a strong multi-year background in SAP SD or MM configuration including the condition technique will be considered- Experience with design and execution of workflow solutions, in SAP, IBM BPM, or a similar technology- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP, SolMan 5+, CHARM, MS Azure, and Quality Center**Non Tech Skills**-
