By combining technology, advanced analytics, and data-driven risk models, we are building a financial ecosystem that is more inclusive, agile, and transparent. We are looking for an FP&A Senior Manager or Director with strong experience in lending products, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. This is a highly visible role reporting to the Head of Finance / CFO, responsible for driving financial planning, building scalable models, supporting fundraising, analyzing portfolio performance, and partnering with cross‑functional teams (credit, sales, operations). Fluent English is required due to frequent interactions with global investors and partners. Financial Planning & Forecasting Own the full company financial model, including revenue, credit portfolio, funding cost, opex, and cash flow forecasts. Analyze loan performance : disbursements, acquisition costs, credit losses, recovery rates, and profitability. Partner with Credit and Risk teams to integrate model outputs into forecasting and reserve planning. Build dashboards and KPI tracking for cohort performance, unit economics, and lifetime value. Develop robust bottom‑up models for new products, channel economics, pricing strategies, and credit warehouse structures. Conduct sensitivity analysis, stress testing, and scenario modeling for credit, funding, and FX risks. Support fundraising (credit lines, equity rounds, securitization modeling, lender reporting). Operations & Team Management Work closely with Operations, Sales, Credit, Legal, and Treasury to align financial plans with business needs. Strengthen financial processes, accuracy, and data governance as the company scales. Partner with accounting on month‑end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lead and develop a team of two analysts, providing coaching, prioritization guidance, technical training, and performance feedback. 10+ years of FP&A / Strategic Finance experience, ideally in lending (consumer, auto, fintech, banking). Qualifications Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel / Sheets). Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and building scalable planning frameworks. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Experience in auto finance, consumer lending, or credit analytics. Exposure to credit warehouse financing or securitization structures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
