We expect you to not only know the how’s of the job, but even more importantly learn the why’s, as you apply your broad knowledge of workflow and best practice excellence across a myriad of complex job types and milestones. We expect you to be comfortable working collaboratively with the whole audio engineering staff sharing projects in our unique workflow.Applicants with high attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks at once without letting vital team communications slip through the cracks, and an interest in continually contributing to the creative excellence we strive for. We need proactive thinkers who give honest feedback and strive for greatness. Strong English proficiency will be required for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesRec, edit, mix and sound design audio for video for multiple formatsEdit and rearrange music tracks from provided stemsDemonstrate expertise in delivery formats and platform destinations, including final QCManage client expectations while upholding the creative integrity of the pieceMaintain a close circle of comms with Producers to ensure timely delivery of projectsSpearhead project wrap efforts to facilitate archival of critical client dataKnow how to troubleshoot a problem and describe an issue clearly to post tech teamsComfortable working both on-site and remotelyWork Collaboratively with other engineers and post staffSupport B2B client on long talking videos, mixing content with technical financial languageClean up audio on previously filmed contentRequirements5 years minimum experience using Digidesign Pro Tools and associated plug-ins and templates as well as Soundminer, MPEG streamclip, Source Connect, and audio/video chat software( zoom)Mixing techniques for stereo and 5.1 projectsVerbal and written communication skills fluent in EnglishExperience working on heavy talking videos and contentUnderstanding on working on a B2B US based client.
