Buscamos a un / a Head Creative para dirigir al equipo creativo en CDMX. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Experiência liderando operaciones creativas en agencias de publicidad o diseño. Habilidad para motivar, guiar y hacer crecer equipos creativos Capacidad para coordinar proyectos en simultáneo, gestionar tiempos y recursos. Inglés fluido, con excelente comunicación y enfoque en la colaboración intercultural. Visión estratégica y operativa : sabes cómo balancear creatividad, eficiencia y negocio. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Liderar equipos creativos híbridos / remotos y fomentar una cultura de trabajo positiva. Supervisar entregas visuales (retail, empaque, diseño digital, etc.) alineadas con guías de marcas mexicanas y de EE.UU. Optimizar procesos, flujos y cargas de trabajo utilizando herramientas como Workfront, Asana o Trello. Ser el enlace entre equipos creativos en México y la agencia estadounidense, adaptándote a distintos estilos. Gestionar presupuestos, recursos y métricas clave para asegurar eficiencia y rentabilidad. Lo que ofrecemos : $106k brutos + PL + SGMM + Vales de Despensa + Seguro de Vida Horario : Lunes - Viernes, 8am - 6pm Trabajo presencial en Xochimilco, con planes de reubicación a corto plazo a oficinas en la zona de Reforma. #J-18808-Ljbffr
