Job TitleOur organization seeks a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to lead our compliance initiatives.Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate Annex 24 activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Lead the revision process of Bill of Materials in line with regulatory requirements.- Develop and implement Instructions for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that adhere to industry standards.- Prepare weekly paid taxes reports, analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Conduct consummation analysis to optimize business processes.- Reconstruct and analyze Annex 24 data to inform strategic decisions.- Perform thorough analysis of Annex 30 information to support informed decision-making.- Prepare Certificates of Origin as required by regulatory bodies.- Stay up-to-date on Free Trade Agreements and Mexican Customs and Foreign Trade Laws to ensure compliance.- Maintain knowledge of Tariff Fractions and Mill Certificates to support effective operations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.- At least +2 years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field.- Advanced English language proficiency for effective communication.- Demonstrated knowledge of Annex 24, 30, custom regulations, IMMEX, PROSEC, and basic accounting principles.
