**Job Description Summary**: GE Healthcare is a leading global innovator in medical technology and digital solutions with more than 100 years of experience in the healthcare industry and approximately 50,000 employees worldwide.Treasury Manager is responsible for supporting treasury operations in the region including cash management, Intercompany funding, FX, Trade finance, Banking and other treasury services.This role will primarily be responsible for efficiently managing cash for the company and partner closely with other functional teams within or outside treasury to support regional treasury processes and drive efficiencies.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Support overall cash management of the region which includes cash concentration, develop and maintain funding & liquidity structures and drive yield optimization exercise.- Responsible for leading cash management of standalone accounts in the region which includes position management, determine funding strategy, execution of funding strategy, maximize consolidation of cash to the liquidity structures, optimize yield and drive reduction in optimal liquidity for standalone accounts.- Drive standalone account cash management process transformation with a focus on lean- Partner closely with other functional teams within or outside treasury to support regional treasury processes and drive efficiencies.- Manage / support other key strategic projects in line with the ongoing priorities of the company- Collaborate with key stakeholders to help drive key projects and process changes- Manage service level issues, escalations with key stakeholders including banking partners- Develop, maintain and update Senior Leadership on operational reporting, including regional dashboard and metrics- Identify and implement solutions for yield enhancement and liquidity consolidation- Support the broader team in rolling out forecasting models focused on the specific regions- Lead and execute intercompany funding transactions, including preparing cash maps, collating approvals and tracking cash movements- Partner closely with colleagues in GEHC Treasury Exposure Management to execute Regional Treasury actions- Assist the region with the provision of letter of credit and trade finance requirements- Help implement required tools and workflows to support liquidity management processes.**Required Qualifications**- Degree finance or similar- 7 years of experience in financial treasury- 7 years of experience in banking & cash management- Office (excel advanced)- Orientation to details- English advanced- Strong communications skills (global teams)GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion is essential.This means that all decisions are made regardless of race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability or other characteristics protected by the law.We expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: act humbly and build trust; lead with transparency; Deliver with focus and drive ownership, always with unwavering integrity.Our total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the momentum and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.Our salary and benefits are everything you would expect from an organization with global scale and strength, and you will be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that encourages caring, collaboration and support.LI-KL1**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:No
