**Descripción del puesto**:GAPE Business Group cuenta con una posición como HR Manager / HRBP en inglés conversacional de negocios para La misión de un HR Manager / HRBP es alinear estratégicamente la gestión de talento con los objetivos de la empresa para impulsar el éxito organizacional.**Funciones**:- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de recursos humanos para alinear los objetivos de la empresa.- Manejar procesos de reclutamiento, selección y retención de talento.- Brindar asesoramiento y apoyo a los empleados en temas de desarrollo profesional y conflictos laborales.- Analizar métricas de recursos humanos para tomar decisiones basadas en datos y mejorar la eficiencia organizacional.**Habilidades**:- Experiência en reclutamiento y selección- Conocimiento profundo de la normativa laboral- Capacidad de diseño e implementación de políticas y procesos de RRHH- Gestión de compensaciones y beneficios- Competencias en desarrollo organizacional- Habilidades en resolución de conflictos- Uso de sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos (HRIS)- Análisis de datos y reportes- Facilidad para la comunicación efectiva- Comunicación efectiva- Resolución de conflictos- Empatía- Orientación al cliente- Liderazgo**Requisitos**- Nível de estudios: Doctorado,Estatus académico: EgresadoExperiência en el área: Recursos HumanosCon especialidad: Administración de personal, Beneficios y compensaciones, Capacitación y desarrollo, ConsultoríaIdiomas: Inglés**Ofrecemos**:**Sueldo**: $50,****** Neto por mes**Jornada laboral**:Tiempo completo**Modalidad**:Presencial**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes de 9am a 6pm**Tipo de contrato**:Permanente (Indefinido)**Prestaciones**:- Prestaciones de ley (IMSS, vacaciones, aguinaldo)
