Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR decisions, practices and procedures (manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).2. Act as a consultant in topics such as attracting, developing and retaining talents.3. Participate and engage employees in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, people engagement, leadership development programs, among others).4.
