Role Purpose Establish a robust and comprehensive ongoing control and operating environment model for pricing operations. Deliver high‑quality market data and analytics to consumers, ensuring data quality and MI. Maximise usage and quality of in‑scope market data across all pricing clients. Main Activities Develop and maintain new control and governance standards for market data, including ongoing maintenance. Assess, understand, and ensure effective touch points with parallel dependencies such as FRTB, SA and IMA platforms. Represent Data and Risk through appropriate forums, facilitating collaboration across functions. Champion a positive end‑customer experience, recognising the importance of Markets Operations and delivering a controlled operational model. Deliver fair outcomes for end users, ensuring conduct maintains order, transparency and market integrity. Accountable for managing client escalations and issues for all Pricing Market Data clients across APAC/EMEA. Support the existing Market Data Management team and improve the framework to make it more robust. Enable effective communication with clients across APAC/EMEA, ensuring all client queries, issues and complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Provide expert problem management support to high‑profile client issues, conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans. Support new business opportunities, liaising with relationship managers and clients during transition and implementation of new business. Promote knowledge sharing and increased use of Shared Services capability. Requirements Experienced manager with strong client focus in an operational processes environment. Ability to manage significant escalations and thrive under pressure. Positive self‑starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong experience establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, management and colleagues. Evidence of making sound decisions in a complex operational environment. Excellent planning and organizing skills. Analytical skills with good problem‑solving ability and risk recognition. Exposure to projects and understanding of process mapping and re‑engineering. Additional Information / Specific Skills Experience in Banking. Knowledge of Market Data / Curve construction across multiple products. Exposure to multiple vendor systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters and other vendor systems. Flexibility in shifts. Postgraduate/Graduate in Finance or related degree.
