At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Senior Project Engineer**Your role and responsibilities**The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.You will be mainly accountable for:- Supporting the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.- Ensuring that Bill of Materials for the project meets contractual obligations.- Assisting technical risk assessments and implements the resulting actions in their projects.- Participating in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or similar engineering.- 1+ years of experience in similar roles.- Experience in mechanical drawings.- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Creo Parametric (or other 3D CAD tools), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms.- Ability to demonstrate your skills in design and modeling of mechanical/electromechanical equipment for electrical distribution.- Experience using 3D CAD software for technical drawing and documentation.- Advanced English level.
