Position OverviewThe IT Helpdesk Specialist will provide technical support and expertise in managing and troubleshooting Yardi software applications and related IT systems.This role involves ensuring seamless operations, addressing user concerns, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support:Provide first-level support for Yardi software, including troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and guiding users through functionalities.Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Yardi systems.User Assistance:Respond to helpdesk tickets related to Yardi and general IT inquiries promptly.Train users on Yardi features and best practices to enhance system utilization.System Maintenance:Monitor Yardi system performance and ensure optimal functionality.Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates, patches, and system enhancements.Compliance and Security:Adhere to company policies regarding software usage, data security, and proprietary information.Ensure Yardi systems comply with licensing agreements and security protocols.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of system configurations, user issues, and resolutions.Generate reports on system usage and performance metrics as required.Collaboration:Work closely with the IT department to integrate Yardi with other company systems.Liaise with vendors and external support teams for advanced troubleshooting and system improvements.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in IT helpdesk support, with a focus on Yardi software.Familiarity with property management systems and their integration.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, or other Yardi modules.Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and database management.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment: Office-based role with adherence to the company's no work-from-home policy.Physical presence required for collaboration and system maintenance tasks.#J-*****-Ljbffr
