Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Responsable de evaluar proveedores y negociar contratos para lograr el mejor precio,- Reducir los tiempos de entrega y asegurar productos de alta calidad.- Las funciones incluyen, pero no se limitan a: Planificar y supervisar el trabajo de los compradores.- Contratar y capacitar a nuevo personal.- Desarrollar reglas y regulaciones de adquisición para la organización.- Establecer pautas sobre la frecuencia con la que se deben solicitar cotizaciones, cuántas propuestas aceptar y qué proveedores considerar.- Comprar bienes y servicios para la empresa.Discutir contratos.- Evaluar la calidad, el precio, la confiabilidad, el soporte técnico y la disponibilidad de bienes y servicios.Experiência y requisitosRequisitos de formación Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería.Habilidades de gestión, conocimientos de derecho mercantil para transacciones comerciales y gestión estratégica.Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).Habilidades y calificaciones Conocimiento de software de adquisiciones y ERPs.Habilidades interpersonales como trabajo en equipo y buena capacidad de escucha.Habilidades de negociación.Excelente comunicación en inglés y español.Capacidad para gestionar el tiempo y organizar las responsabilidades del personal a su cargo.Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.Excelentes habilidades de previsión y planificación.Requisitos de experiência Al menos 10 años de experiência en un área relevante de adquisiciones.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Compras**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** Si
