You'll be embedded within the client's team to deliver impactful solutions faster than traditional design processes allow.**Qualifications*** **5+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer in mobile/web app field*** **Enthusiasm for integrating AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, and Claude into your design workflow*** **Experience using AI to enhance research, ideation, and design implementation*** **Knowledge of how to effectively prompt AI tools to achieve desired design outcomes*** Expert English level (important)* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Provide your own workspace with reliable Internet service* Passionate about the startup environment and eager to learn* Team player, willing to jump outside of their role to help the greater team* Ability to research as you work* Accountable for your own time in a fully remote environment* Desire to contribute to a growing, dynamic team* Keen eye for detail and excel in documentation* Highly organized and proficient in task management* **Independent problem-solver who can understand challenges and run with solutions*** Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment**Technical Requirements*** Well-versed in Figma (e.g., Variables, advanced prototyping techniques) and consistently integrate new functionalities into the workflow* Ability to use AI to quickly iterate designs in response to stakeholder feedback* Leverage AI for rapid prototyping to quickly translate ideas into interactive concepts* Experience with After Effects and Illustrator is a plus* Experience with Framer is a plus* Adapt swiftly to evolving requirements by iterating and refining designs in response to stakeholder feedback and changing user needs* Possess in-depth understanding of design systems, including foundational principles and component-based frameworks* Exhibit rapid prototyping capabilities to quickly translate ideas into interactive and tangible concepts* Experience working in user experience design/research, interactive design, user interface design, graphic design, branding or a related field* Values data-driven and research-backed design decisions* Involvement in the sales process by using **AI-assisted rapid mockup generation*** Help the marketing team with occasional graphic design projects or new website pages* Own the entire design lifecycle from documentation to delivery of high-fidelity designs* Complete user and competitive research as needed to help influence design concepts and iterate design work* Engage in usability testing and perform design validation research* Present your designs with confidence, no matter what stage, and collect actionable feedback for iterating* Leverage data to make well-thought-out and educated design decisions* Design mobile and web experiences for various client projects, which spread across different industries and product types* Be able to work on projects that start from scratch or improve existing applications**Benefits/Compensation*** Fully Remote Position* Contract-based employment with U.S. company* Freelance role $25-$35/h.
