Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe HRIS Analyst performs a variety of critical duties as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and is responsible for managing and enhancing the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and providing data and analytics support to the organization.The HRIS Analyst works with various internal and external stakeholders, including HR, payroll, managers, executives, higher level HRIS teams, and vendors, to ensure the optimal functionality and user experience of the HRIS platforms, such as Workday HCM, Tress, Adaptive, and Business Intelligence and Analytics reporting using PowerBI.The HRIS Analyst also leads and participates in HRIS related projects and processes, such as system implementation, development, documentation, and training.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implements, develops, documents, and manages HRIS related projects and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.- Interfaces with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, representing P&C activities related to HRIS and employee data and analytics.- Engages in troubleshooting of system issues and offers long-term solutions and improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.- Ensures data integrity and accuracy within HRIS by performing regular audits and updates, and identifying and correcting the root causes of data errors in systems that are downstream from Workday.- Performs Manage Workday permissions and role levels, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy policies.- Generates reports and performs analyses to support decision making and compliance requirements throughout the organization, using tools such as PowerBI.- Provides technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and processes, creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials.Experiência y requisitos**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
