CRM and Data Analysis SpecialistPuesto híbrido (3 días presenciales y 2 días remotos).Región de Xola, CDMX.Descripción del puesto:- Gestionar y coordinar pruebas de mejoras (Enhancement Tests) en el CRM y tickets de I.T relacionados con Successfactors para LATAM.- Monitorear el uso de SFDC (Salesforce) y Tableau, identificando oportunidades de mejora alineadas con los Growth Levers definidos por la organización.- Desarrollar materiales de entrenamiento para el equipo comercial, enfocados en el uso de herramientas, procesos de ventas y efectividad comercial.- Apoyar la comunicación regional de Sales Operations en LATAM, asegurando claridad, consistencia y alineación con las estrategias globales.- Realizar análisis sobre el uso de herramientas comerciales, proponiendo mejoras que aumenten la eficiencia y la adopción por parte del equipo de ventas.- Colaborar con iniciativas de Sales Enablement, incluyendo onboarding, gestión de pipeline, y ejecución de estrategias comerciales.- Documentar procesos y mantener actualizados los manuales operativos relacionados con herramientas comerciales.- Ser punto de contacto para resolución de problemas relacionados con herramientas de ventas, proponiendo soluciones efectivas y escalables.- Ser el punto focal para North LATAM como Business Partner en el seguimiento de los indicadores de desempeño del equipo comercial, en colaboración con los Gerentes de Negocio.Requisitos:- Licenciatura completa en Administración, Ingeniería, Sistemas de Información o áreas relacionadas a datos.- Experiencia en áreas de Sales Operations, CRM, análisis de datos o herramientas comerciales.- Inglés avanzado para conversación.
