Supervisar la operación de recibos por escaneo, con procesos documentados y elabora reporte de discrepancias de material (DMR), aplicando a material que llega dañado, con discrepancia en cantidades y con errores en facturas comunicando a planeador para su debido uso con proveedor.- Supervisar toda transacción al sistema MFG-PRO / EDIMAT revisando inventarios por locaciones.- Supervisa el surtimiento a líneas de producción de acuerdo con programas y el monitorea los máximos y mínimos en líneas.- Supervisa que se respeten FIFOS en almacén.- Coordinación con analista de inventarios para la ejecución de inventario físico y conteos cíclicos.- Supervisar los almacenes Productivos y ejecutar 5's (orden, limpieza y ubicación de materiales), para la preservación de los empaques y eliminar condiciones y actos inseguros.- Revisión de los equipos (montacargas), que se esté llevando check list reportando condiciones de mal funcionamiento y supervisión de los mantenimientos hechos por proveedor.- Revisar constantemente la condición y níveles de los materiales, a efecto de estar o tener la información de posibles obsoletos, materiales que cambian de nível, con retroalimentación de cambios de ingeniería, con reportes de inventarios confiables.- Desarrollar procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo, así como actualizarlas acorde a cada puesto.- Asegurar la calidad del producto y detonar el plan de reacción cuando se detonen paros de producción por defectos de calidad.- Controlar y Administrar la documentación de IOS- Asegurar, Implementar y Mantener los documentos locales para el cumplimiento de los requisitos internacionales, globales y regionales del sistema de calidad, IATF *****, ISO ****, Sistemas de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional basados en OHSAS **********, Sistema de Administración Ambiental basado en ***** etc. requisitos específicos del cliente y otros requisitos reglamentarios.- Asegurar los requerimientos específicos para lograr la satisfacción de nuestros clientes en la norma CCC/CQC.- Notificar cambios de los productos certificados CQC a Sistemas de Calidad.- Asegurar la integridad del producto de acuerdo con su proceso.
