Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Perform US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) accounting, reporting, and data analysis for month-end closing activities.* Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.* Conduct general ledger (GL) account analysis and reconcile balance sheet accounts.* Execute SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls and maintain documentation for audit readiness.* Accrue FI (Financial) invoices and process standard and recurring journal entries.* Manage sub-ledger activities for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).* Process local tax provisions, allocations, cycles, and currency revaluations.* Review cost center expenses and preliminary profit and loss (P&L) statements.* Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support continuous improvement of closing processes.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.* 2–4 years of relevant experience in general accounting and financial processes.* Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting procedures.* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with strong emphasis on Excel.* Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service.* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.* Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.* Resilience and ability to work under pressure.* Experience with SOX compliance and audit processes.* Familiarity with global accounting operations and shared service environments.* A proactive, can-do attitude with strong organizational skills.* Home office opportunity* Professional onboarding process* Training opportunities* Learning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
