**Who We Are**:GovOS is a leading provider of transaction and compliance software for state and local governments to streamline property, licensing, and tax interactions with businesses and citizens.Headquartered in Austin, Texas, GovOS serves more than 800 government agencies across the United States.With the company's secure suite of cloud-based solutions, governments can maximize revenue, increase compliance, reduce costs, and meet constituent demand for modern, self-service transaction and payment services.Across the country, local governments are working hard to improve the lives of their citizens, as well as their own employees.We are 100% invested in providing governments with innovative solutions and industry-leading services that will help them deliver impactful change in their communities.Government agencies have been winning awards with us for almost 20 years now.We have the highest customer retention rates in our industry because no one works harder than we do to ensure our customers' success.**Our Mission Statement**:To enable state and local governments to modernize their citizens and business transactions through innovative SaaS solutions and seamless payments.**Role & Responsibilities**- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements.- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and scalability.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in.NET development, sharing knowledge with the team and proposing new technologies or tools when appropriate.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure successful project delivery.- Respond to high-priority Production issues through detailed investigation, skilled problem-solving and root cause analysis- Write automated tests for your code.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- 8+ years of commercial experience in.NET/.NET Framework 4.5+- Strong proficiency in C# and.NET.- Extensive knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and other relevant frameworks.- Expertise in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience leveraging telemetry and monitoring tools like NewRelic / Application Insights for troubleshooting and performance optimization.- Experience deploying services to commercial cloud environments.- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Experience with Cloud IaaS and PaaS capabilities and building solutions targeted to those environments.- Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to development.- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.- Experience writing effective unit and integration tests.**Compensation & Benefits**- 70,********,000 MXP/Month- Medical & Dental Insurance- Christmas Bonus- Vacation- Savings Fund- Restaurant Card- Grocery TicketThe pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future.Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work experience and performance.
