Purpose of the job Manage for the Operations and real estate the industrial footprint and massification evolution and building standards. Responsibilities Current footprint Define Massification and Specialization strategy to support the best efficient footprint Support operations and program acquisition teams in cost comparison between different footprint locations or industrial scenario Define with manufacturing Engineering team the standard layout of each product line and coordinate the roll out in all existing plants Compare and benchmark KPIs (i.e. PS / m2) between different plants and define with plant manager an action plan to converge to benchmark Identify further surface needs or reduction in the business group according evolution of business activities Supports cross / between plants all initiatives / innovations related to building costs reduction and as well for the carbon neutrality initiative for his perimeter (building energy efficiency, solar panels projects.) New footprint project Manage with real estate and purchasing the definition of a short list sites for a new industrial site Validate the pre-approval of new industrial projects within China before submit to Group and BG management Validate the plant layout and building utilities through the ordination workshop with support functions to Operations (ME, PC&L, FES, Quality and HSE) to Train and lead building project manager with his(her) project team on Facility PMS. Alert the launch readiness inside the new footprints in case of GR risk. Footprint Management Accountable to BG & Group management of the surface declared in FRED Monitors building engineering studies related to building risks mitigation (flood, earthquake, roof corrosion,..) and Manage with plant managers actions plan to eradicate natural hazard or fire risks in due time toward Group request Develop expertise of DT integration, e.g. in BIM (building information modelling) with connection between DELMIA and REVIT and monitors development of digital twins Cooperate with business unite / plants on the management of facility disposal. Main interfaces Operations & Industrial manager of the division Group Industrial Strategy Building expert (GFD / ATO) Realtors, legal & Real Estate managers of the group Indirect Purchasing Qualifications Education: Master's degree in engineering or business administration with Industrial background Experience & technical skills: 5 to 10 years of experience in production, including one position in Manufacturing Engineering Trained in Faurecia Excellence System and Program Management System, experienced in Program launch Experienced with building specification and construction process Familiar with Program finance issues (costing, P&L, investments) Fluent English required Able to structure work towards milestones, meet deadlines, report progress in a challenging environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
