En #Mendel estamos simplificando los gastos corporativos.Nuestro enfoque vanguardista combina la tecnología de última generación con soluciones financieras creativas para ofrecer servicios seguros y eficientes.Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un Accounting Manager entusiasta y proactivo que desee formar parte de nuestro equipo dinámico y contribuir a nuestro crecimiento continuo.Responsabilidades :Liderar y supervisar todas las operaciones contables de la empresa, incluyendo la gestión de los registros financieros, la elaboración de informes y la preparación de estados financieros precisos y oportunos.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones contables aplicables, así como de las políticas internas de la empresa.Realizar análisis financieros y proporcionar información clave para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas.Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de finanzas, operaciones y desarrollo de productos para optimizar los procesos y mejorar la eficiencia en el área contable.Participar en la planificación y ejecución de auditorías internas y externas, asegurando que se tomen medidas correctivas adecuadas cuando sea necesario.Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y cambios en los estándares contables, asegurando que la empresa esté alineada con las mejores prácticas de la industria.Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo contable, proporcionando orientación, capacitación y apoyo continuo.Requisitos :Contador público titulado.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas.Confianza para adaptarse rápidamente a cambios en el entorno laboral y prioridades.Capacidad para trabajar cómodamente en un ritmo acelerado y con deadlines.Si quieres formar parte de una startup en crecimiento, en un sector dinámico y emocionante.En un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y motivador, donde se fomenta la innovación y la creatividad y alcanzar los resultados, entonces Mendel es para ti #J-18808-Ljbffr
