Resource Management Coordinator

Fortrea in Mexico seeks a Resource Management Coordinator to manage the centralized resource requests mailbox, interpret incoming emails, and route them to the appropriate teams for fulfillment.

The role includes managing weekly Allocation Uploads (50–75 Excel files), publishing weekly reports to SharePoint, loading BRP data into the tool, and partnering with management to streamline processes in a matrix clinical environment.
