**DESCRIPTION**:Amazon Music is an immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators.From personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert live streams to artist merch, Amazon Music is innovating at some of the most exciting intersections of music, spoken word and culture.We offer experiences that serve all listeners across music, podcasts and audiobooks with our different tiers of service: Free tier, Prime Music and our premium tier Amazon Music Unlimited that offers on-demand access to 100 million songs, including millions in HD, Ultra HD, and spatial audio; Anyone can listen for free by downloading the Amazon Music app or via Alexa-enabled devices.Join us for the opportunity to influence and impact how Amazon Music engages fans, artists, and creators on a global scale.Our growing Amazon Music Quality team in Mexico City is responsible for building frameworks, tools, infrastructure and tests for testing the end to end Visual & Voice experiences of Amazon Music.The team continuously raises the quality bar with customer obsession and work on a complex ecosystem of technology stacks for Android, iOS, Web, Fire TV, Fire Tablet and Alexa Voice.You will be an independent contributor, who works with various stakeholders to improve overall quality of customer's E2E visual experiences, aligned with product launches of various Amazon Music teams.You will continuously increase the ratio of automation to manual tests and update regression test suite that can quickly and reliably detect regression defects for each release.You will improve existing test frameworks or develop new ones that increase the quality and overall team velocity.You will evangelize best practices and insist on high quality standards from inception to deployment of every software launch or experiment dial-up.Key job responsibilities- You will be responsible for testing of various experiment and feature launches across all visual clients- You will develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing, and majorly cover the performance automation.- You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results.- You will participate in design and specification reviews, and use this information to design test plans.- You will promote testing productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices.- You will promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience- 1+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design- Experience in penetration testing and exploitability-focused vulnerability assessment- Experience in platform-level security mitigations and hardening for Linux and Windows- English fluency**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Knowledge of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance in a database environment- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures and web services
