APO SNP Consultant

ResponsibilitiesThe APO SNP consultant role is for enabling implementation or Application Support of process and technology solutions related to diagnosis, analysis and transformation of Supply Planning functions in a project.Designing, configuration, Testing, training and documentation in SAP APO SNP projects in customer organizations.A team player willing to learn and contribute within the Organization on APO SNP.Help with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP APO SNP and reduce the overall cost to serve.Qualifications and ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in SAP APO SNP module.Experience in at least 2 APO SNP projects i.e. can include Support or rollouts.Exposure to ECC would be an advantage.Hands on Experience in ConfiguringKnowledge in Location and Network heuristics.Detailed configuration level knowledge in setting up Heuristics and related Master data.Ability to model frozen zones along with lead times.SNP Optimizer and/or CTM.Detailed configuration level knowledge in setting up Optimizer profiles along with related master data.Understanding of Discrete and Linear Optimization.Expertise in analysing Optimizer results.CTM.Expertise in setting up CTM profiles along with different settings.Knowledge of Domino and Airline strategies.Ability to analyse customer requirement and then suggest either SNP Optimizer or CTM for constrained planning.Deployment and TLB configuration with Fair Share rules.Forecast Consumption.Process KnowledgeUnderstanding of basic Supply Chain planning processes.Understanding of overall Supply planning process.Technical ExpertiseGood level of expertise in APO SNP.Ability to design and primarily configure APO SNP solution while understanding the integration aspects between different modules within APO as well as of APO with ERP or BW systems.Ability to work on configuration scenarios along with writing functional specifications for customizations.Ability to prepare training material to train the client core team.Experience in writing test scripts for enabling Unit tests, Integration tests and UAT.Ability to do basic configuration i.e. create Key figures, planning books, data views, macros, etc.Good understanding of ECC Master data from planning standpoint.Basic understanding of ECC Master data specifically around Production Planning PP.Soft SkillsExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as written.Positive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environment.Good Team player.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation Technology and ConsultingIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting and Information Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
