Overview:PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world.PepsiCo generated more than $79 billion in net revenue in ****, driven by a complementary beverage and convenient foods portfolio that includes LAY'S ®, DORITOS ®, CHEETOS ®, GATORADE ®, PEPSI ®, QUAKER ® and more.PepsiCo's product portfolio includes a wide range of enjoyable foods and beverages, including many iconic brands that generate more than $1 billion each in estimated annual retail sales.Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**CTO End User Services Sr.Coordinator****Main purpose**Create a positive user experience by helping I&O organization to understand the user needs in order to deploy innovative features and services that will comply end users satisfaction quicker and easily.**Accountabilities**- Partner with Service Providers to ensure service levels are met through regular operational reviews- Ensure proper ITIL operational process execution- Create dashboards and reports to track the progress of end user initiatives- Provide insightful findings through analytics practices- Define and implement innovative technology solution strategies to solve complex problems such as automation.- Continuous research of the cutting-edge technologies to enhance the end user experience.- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement.- Trend analysis to generate insight and develop service improvement plans.- Interact with End users to solve complex problems impacting production services- Develop common strategies for release and service transition governance across multiple departments.- Maintain and stablish relationship with I&O Leaders providing punctual information analysis & escalations- Drive the productivity (cost reduction efforts) agenda for I&O- Partner with the Service Provider to plan and execute Service Improvement plans if needed for the service offering.Qualifications:**Qualifications****Key Skills/Experience Required**- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required- Minimum 3+ yrs.end to end Operation Services or similar- Experience working with tools like Microsoft Intune or VMware Airwatch- Solid foundation in IT operational concepts, infrastructure and procedures.- Operation Service oriented attitude.- Highly organized, structured, and process oriented; team building skills a plus.- Able to simplify a complex situation and provide update accordingly through executive presentations.- Data and analytics skills.( PowerApps, PowerBI, Advanced analytics excel)- Proven experience on ITIL foundations- Excellent communication - both written and verbal communication.- English fluent with International experience in global forums- Relationship skills and end-user Service oriented- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, patterns to generate insight and develop service improvement plans.- Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers, resolving very difficult and sensitive issues- Excellent remote skills and proefficient with collaborations tools (Sharepoint, Yammer, Teams, Zoom, Planner)**Competencies Required**- Communication, exhibits confidence, and is a strong decision-maker.- Ability to leverage partnership with Managed Service Providers to achieve business goals.- Innovation skills- Customer facing skills- Financial & Vendor skills- Service Design is a plus**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
