Intersog is a leading provider of software engineering and IT consulting solutions.With our expertise in building dedicated software development teams and delivering custom solutions, we help our clients achieve their business goals and stay ahead in the digital world.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our team.As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure and solutions.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data systems.This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to the success of our clients.**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop scalable data infrastructure and solutions- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement data solutions- Implement data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading processes- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance- Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes- Implement and maintain data governance and security measures- Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure availability and reliability- Work with stakeholders to identify and address data-related issues and requirements- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- 6+ years of experience in data engineering or any related roles- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)- Experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)- Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles- Strong programming skills in Python and DBT- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data services.- Knowledge of data integration techniques (e.g., ETL, data pipelines)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities- Experience with Agile software development methodologies- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment**Benefits**1.
