Bring your unique energy to our team of more than 21,000 people worldwide, and discover a rewarding, fulfilling, and varied career that you can take in anywhere you want to go.Job PurposeExecutes and follows up complex Shipping operation/coordinationJob DescriptionProvides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports, monitors budget vs. project executionDefines methods and means of Transportation in agreement with Project Procurement ManagerPlans and revises shipping strategyPlans and supervises handling operations for “special items”Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service OrdersDefines and assigns to Forwarding Agents any shipments out of Service OrdersContacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations, based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipmentIssues or coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessaryIssues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the fieldImproves and/or modifies standard proceduresYou are meant for this job if:5 to 7 years of experience on management and coordination of complex shipping schemesProfessional English Required.SkillsBeing a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
