OverviewWe Are PepsiCo.Join PepsiCo and Dare for BetterWe are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.ResponsibilitiesLead the team responsible for identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate 'business as usual' transactions and proactively find opportunities to support business growth and operational efficiency across the Region.Lead the team responsible for the delivery of Enterprise Project Management for projects across the Region (including offices, R&D locations, and supply chain locations).Lead the teams responsible for the delivery of Facilities Management services across applicable sites within the Region.Be a core and contributing member of the PGRE Leadership team and contribute to the wider PGRE agenda beyond the identified Region.Incorporate a Customer Relationship Management mindset into everything you do and understand the business priorities and challenges before discussing real estate topics and solutions.Lead others in encouraging innovation and translate PepsiCo's vision to Real Estate and FM operational strategy.Drive the overall strategic direction of the PGRE portfolio and work in partnership with the Strategy & Governance group within PGRE as well as other areas of PepsiCo (EH&S, S&T, Finance, GP, HR, etc).Lead the professional growth and development of your team members through leadership and a thorough understanding of PepsiCo business challenges and strategies.Directly influence business decisions through the supervision of key deliverables such as business transactions, financial analysis, and financial modeling for all applicable locations.Business partner with the Regional CEO, CFO, CPO, and senior leaders in Supply Chain.Responsible for driving operational aspects of the team (e.G., performance and compliance), as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.Influence leaders, colleagues, and customers on complex and important issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required.A Master's degree (MBA) or other advanced degrees in relevant disciplines may be preferred.Minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant fields such as Executive Strategic Ops, Global Real Estate management, Organizational Leadership, or related areas.Solid experience across the three core pillars of PGRE: Real Estate (transactions and portfolio strategy), Project Management (office, DC, or manufacturing projects), and Facilities Management.Proven track record of leadership and strategic management in global real estate, people experience, or related fields; experience in financialmanagement, budgeting, and reporting within a corporate real estate context.Previous experience in stakeholder management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners;
