LM362: Sourcing & Procurement Specialist Senior Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of regional, divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise. Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management or customers, managing or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or change systems or processes as appropriate. Supports the sourcing of a multi-million US dollar budget from current and new suppliers and develops the sourcing strategy for the managed categories. Ensures segregation of duties as per Policy performing tasks such as category management, competitive bidding, negotiation, supplier qualification and selection, industry analysis, contracts administration. Supports the initiatives to improve our cost-to-serve and supply chain innovation and works across the LAC organization to implement Corporate, International or Divisional sourcing and procurement initiatives. Provides updates on results and presents business recommendations to upper management. Effectively manages the relationship with suppliers and internal customers. Ensures strict compliance from suppliers and internal customers with corporate policies. Performs other duties as required.
