About the "Growth Marketing Manager" role : Growth Marketing plays a great role in the Beek strategy. The growth marketing manager will be in charge of managing, guiding, leading, and training a group of very capable growth marketers. This person will work on building relationships with the different squad leads and stakeholders. Align the growth members in different squads on growth narratives and create, document, and implement different playbooks. In the end, the growth marketing manager is in charge of the growth marketing levers and their results. We are extremely data-driven and growth-oriented. This role will be in charge of managing and guiding : Paid Marketing SEO CRM Social Media Content Marketing Responsibilities will include : Hiring & training the teams Defining and owning growth marketing processes, playbooks, and tools Owns growth KPIs Ownership of growth targets in different acquisition channels. The Growth Marketing Manager will take on all of the responsibilities listed above by hiring and leading a winning team to achieve success in all of them. If you love storytelling, setting a vision, empowering a team to deliver strategically meaningful results, and solving problems from both 30,000 feet as well as deep in the details, this is the role for you About You : 3+ years of experience in a senior manager, head, or director position in tech companies 4+ years of work experience in growth marketing Strong storytelling skills and high energy Strong eye for business and an ability to set the vision for sales-driven growth Strong mental clarity and understanding of leading vs lagging indicators in a sales-driven metric Data-driven mentality and strong analytical thinking Experience building growth marketing teams and proven track record of good performance You are able to rally people behind a common goal and easily generate agreements if you're facing pushback. Experience presenting data & insights to a sophisticated audience Strong collaborative attitude Stellar business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions You are comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a constantly-changing work environments Excellent capacity in constructing growth or financial models. Strong understanding of subscriptions business model.
