??We are looking for a CRM Manager to join Grupo AxoAbout the role We're looking for a CRM Manager to lead the customer engagement strategy across fashion & beauty brands.You'll manage a team, optimize multi-channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data-driven growth, retention, and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the CRM team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.Design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.Manage CRM operations and marketing automation workflows.Plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.Analyze CRM performance & customer behavior.Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Brands, and Analytics.Improve CRM processes, governance, and data quality standards.Manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.What We're Looking ForSolid experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or Retention.1+ year leading teams or managing talent.Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.Experience with CRM / CX platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, etc.).Fluent English.If you're driven by creating meaningful customer experiences, leading high-energy teams, and generating real impact, we'd love to meet you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
