Strategic Proposal Analyst

OverviewThe Strategic Proposal Analyst will craft compelling, high-quality proposals for custom software development and IT professional services, transforming complex technical inputs into persuasive narratives that demonstrate value, feasibility, and strategic differentiation.ResponsibilitiesLeading end-to-end creation of proposals and RFx responses for project-based IT and software development engagements.Synthesizing diverse inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into structured, client-focused narratives.Writing and refining executive summaries, delivery approaches, value propositions, and differentiators to effectively communicate key messages.Ensuring responses are strategically positioned, technically feasible, and commercially competitive.Managing proposal schedules, stakeholder reviews, and final submissions to meet deadlines with quality and precision.Partnering with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to ensure proposals reflect accurate delivery logic and business goals.Developing and maintaining reusable proposal content including case studies, delivery narratives, success stories, and templates.Creating presentation materials and sales collateral to support presales discussions.Contributing to the continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries.RequirementsExperience: 3-5 years in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services with hands-on proposal developmentTechnical Understanding: Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and delivery frameworksEngagement Models: Understanding of pricing structures including Time & Materials, Fixed-Price, and Managed ServicesProject Knowledge: Comprehension of project phases (Discovery, Design, Build, QA, Deployment)Communication: Outstanding English writing and communication skillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalentTools: High proficiency in Google WorkspacePreferred Skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and familiarity with UX/UI or AI conceptsBenefits & PerksFlexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.Tailored Compensation: Personalize your earnings to suit your financial goals.Tech-Driven Tools: Access cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivity.Autonomous Workflow: Take control of your schedule to achieve work-life balance.Well-being: Enjoy generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.Diversity & Inclusion: Thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.Collaboration: Engage with industry leaders for collective growth.Development: Access mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancement.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
