Purpose of the JobThe Supplier Governance Analyst will be part of the Supplier Governance team and will support the head of the region with the operation and planning of Supplier Governance subjects.This person will ensure that they have all the information from the suppliers and that they all agree with the compliances and requirements of HH Global.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the indications and selection of suppliers for projects according to customer needs.Optimize workflow for Sourcing Specialists and Managers.Ensure and manage the entire onboarding process of new suppliers.Support and guide suppliers on our criteria and processes.Work with our systems for provider availability to all accounts.Guarantee and manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the countries under their responsibility.Maintain and update supplier records within all systems.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills +Experience+ 2 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing.Bachelor's degree in related discipline.Experience in customer / supplier service.Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.Highly proficient with MS Office software, specifically Excel.Experience excelling in high-energy, fast-paced environments.English required.#J-*****-Ljbffr
