Senior SharePoint DeveloperZurich Capability Center is currently hiring a:Senior SharePoint DeveloperWe are looking forSenior SharePoint Developersto design, develop, and implement advanced SharePoint solutions that support business needs and drive digital transformation. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint development, architecture, and integration with related technologies. The candidate should be a technical leader capable of mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and deploy advanced SharePoint solutions (Online and On-Premises).Develop and customize workflows, automations, and integrations.Ensure solutions align with business requirements, governance, and security best practices.Lead technical discussions and decision-making on architecture and solution design.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth within the team.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Qualifications5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development/administration (Online/On-Premises).Strong background in solution architecture, security, governance, and compliance.Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.Position available only for candidates located in Mexico City, State of Mexico, or Guadalajara.
