Responsibilities Support accelerated PepsiCo Foods North America scheduling of delivery, selling and merchandising roles to support ShiftSmart and Bringoz implementation and sustainment. Schedule roles with OT1 software and upload schedules into Salesforce.com. Define and document updated processes with output through Bringoz last‑mile management software and scheduling tools. Influence local business teams to execute according to design and adherence to the strategic objective. Your Impact Leverage analytics and innovation tools to enable efficient execution of go‑to‑market solutions. Operate and manage solution sessions with ZBT utilizing designed tools to solve complex GTM solutions. Collaborate and influence cross‑functional teams with both HQ and field partners. Support delivery of executable strategies that maximize GTM principles (drop size, e‑commerce, optimization, segmented delivery and merchandising) focused on improved execution. Ensure all project design principles are implemented and that technology tools are fully utilized within program guardrails. Qualifications Education English language proficiency, both verbal and written (CEFR, Level C1 or C2). Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management. Experience Strong data analytic capabilities required. Knowledge of OmnitracsOne software. Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment. Minimum of 3+ years of PepsiCo Go-to-Market (GTM) experience preferred. Previous project‑management experience in a DSD environment preferred. Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow‑up skills. Ability to self‑manage to plan and meet a daily agenda.
